Bretz Wildlife Lodge & Winery is a great location with a very unique but also very enjoyable ambiance. The service was great and the food came out quickly. I would have to recommend the sweet potatoe french fries to get as the side to whichever meal you order because they are absolutely delicious! Overall, if you are in the area I highly recommend to try out Bretz Wildlife Lodge & Winery.
It’s a hunters paradise... plenty of mounted animal heads. They have a cool outside pond where you can feed catfish and bluegills! There is also a sand volleyball court, hook and ring toss and bags to play!!!! Live music on weekend
They are always so friendly and have the best ribeyes around here seasoned to perfection! They welcome you as soon as you go through the doors. You can call in a togo order or eat inside!
I stopped here in my RV for the night as a part of the Harvest Hosts network. The restaurant is very nice, and the food was fantastic. I got the pork steak. It was perfectly smoked and crispy on the outside and so tender on the inside that I never had to use the knife. The baked beans were an unexpected treat as well. They weren't your standard baked beans. They were a mix of different types of beans with plenty of pork and sausage in the mix. I don't live anywhere near here and was just passing through, but I'll make an effort to come by here again if I get a chance.
We had our daughter's wedding reception here. Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure our daughter was happy with everything. Stephanie's staff was so gracious to helping with the serving and cleaning up at the end of the party. Food was delicious as well. Thank you for such a fun and accomadating venue.
My favorite place for pulled pork nachos and they have a couple of our favorite sweet wines too!! We were sad to see their wine selection had dwindled down a bit . Miss the fruit wines!! We will be back the next time we drive thru this way again!! ...
Food was great. We enjoyed a great burger and fantastic onion rings. The employees were very nice, professional and attentive. The business atmosphere was nice and there was a lot of cheerful people in the place. Very positive atmosphere.
